Last Friday, children in Year 5 helped plant 90 saplings on our school fields. The Woodland Trust have been giving away hundreds of thousands of trees to schools and communities. The UK needs millions more trees to reach its 2050 carbon net-zero target. By digging in, we’ve helped in a small way achieve this important goal. Thank you to Dr. Piggott, our Chair of            Governors, for supporting this initiative and for all the children in Year 5 for helping.
